The Dunes on Monterey Bay will redefine the Monterey Peninsula’s lifestyle and shopping experience. Located in the City of Marina at historic Fort Ord, the new community will include over 1,230 residences, 2 hotels, retail and a business park. The Town Center Phase is currently on the boards. The Tenth Street mixed- use district will be anchored by a 12 screen cinema, restaurants, shops and will include residences over the retail. At the heart of Tenth Street will be the town square park that will include lush indigenous landscaping, fireplace pits, informal sitting areas, a farmers' market and places where local artists can perform or exhibit their crafts.
